The cleavers of our butchers are skilfully at work from morning until evening to process the best cuts of meat and prepare them especially for you. It's just up to you to choose whether to enjoy them directly in the butcher's shop or to go shopping and take them home!

Discover our bowler hats

It's spelled bowler but it reads deliciousness. Mannarino's Apulian 'bombette' follow the classic traditional recipe, that of capocollo rolls stuffed with canestrato cheese, but adding the creativity and variety that only Italy's best bowlers know how to give.
