ON DELIVERY:

We only ship by refrigerated courier, in order to respect the so-called 'Cold Chain', which is essential for the transport of high-quality food products so as to preserve the goodness of the product and all its characteristics.

Throughout Italy (excluding islands)

 

- Milan: 3.90€, free for orders over 39€.

- Milan Hinterland, Monza and Brianza, Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Varese, Pavia, Lodi, Cremona: 10€, free for orders over 79€.

- Rest of Lombardy: 12€, free for orders over 99€

- Italy (excluding islands): €15, free for orders over €119

- Milan: you will receive your parcel the day after your order. Deliveries are made daily, including Saturdays and Sundays. During the finalisation of your order you can choose the time slot for delivery.

- Milan Hinterland, Monza and Brianza, Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Varese, Pavia, Lodi, Cremona: you will receive your parcel within 48 hours after ordering. Deliveries are made every day except Sundays. Once you have completed your order you will receive the link to customise your delivery and choose your preferred time slot.

- Rest of Lombardy: Orders leave every Monday and Wednesday. You will receive your parcel within the next 48 hours.

- Italy (excluding islands): Orders leave every Monday. You will receive your parcel within the next 72 hours.

ON PRODUCTS:

Consult the characteristics of each product to check for possible allergens and the presence of gluten.

Vacuum-packed products up to 5 days, packaged products 48 hours.
All products can be frozen with the exception of: Arrosticini, Lamb Chops and Grandma's Meatballs.

Our products are vacuum-packed using skinpack, a technique based on the application of a heat-shrinkable plastic film in contact with the product on food-grade cardboard to ensure an airtight seal on the package.

This makes it possible to keep meat fresh for longer, without adding gas to the package.
Furthermore, the packaging is environmentally friendly: because 100% recyclable with 90% less plastic than traditional packaging methods.
